We have new search volume data revealing the areas in which British people are most commonly looking for money saving advice, in the midst of the cost-of-living crisis.

We sourced this data from Google Ads’ Keyword Planner tool. We checked the volumes of people making money-saving searches across a number of areas in February 2021 and compared the results to the volumes in February 2022.

The top five biggest increases were:
