Megan Anderson joins as senior account executive and will provide support to Definition’s clients across all the agency’s offices.
The appointment follows the launch in January of the Definition brand, the new name for the award winning Acceleris and Limelight agencies. The agency employs 30 strategic communication and reputation management experts, including former national and international print and broadcast journalists, as well as social media and content experts, across its three offices.
Megan joins Definition from integrated design and marketing agency TK, with four years’ experience implementing social media engagement strategies, project managing website builds, customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) strategies.
She will bolster Definition’s Digital Insights division, which harnesses analytics and social media tools to deliver highly targeted and commercially focussed communications campaigns for clients.
Louise Vaughan, managing director at Definition, said: “We’ve recruited an exceptionally talented digital specialist who adds further strength to our existing team. Megan has valuable experience and brings new skills and ideas to the Definition proposition and she will play a key role in our next phase of business growth.”
Megan Anderson said: “I’m excited to be joining a forward-thinking agency and will be bringing my digital experience to support on client social media strategies, while also helping to grow the Definition brand.”
Definition was formed by Acceleris’ acquisition of Limelight PR last year. With a turnover of £2.6m, the agency has won more than 60 industry awards including Gold at the national Association Excellence Awards for campaign work with international maritime union, Nautilus International.
