The output of our project was a bespoke social media strategy, covering a series of resources and guidelines for the charity that would enable its internal team to post like pros. This included a series of core content pillars, a set of graphic and video templates, and a Facebook advertising campaign.
Definition ran Your Sanctuary’s social channels for one month – achieving great results – before handing the reins over to the internal team. Definition’s experts also provided training and consultancy to ensure that they were confident with the tools before we signed off.
The results were incredible. The Facebook campaign reached over 25,000 people and earned 697 clicks on a limited budget, and interactions and engagement rates have increased on all platforms. The strategy was particularly successful on LinkedIn, where the need to engage corporate partners was particularly pressing, seeing the engagement rate shoot up to a remarkable 40.67% in just one month.
