Dictate.IT provides industry-leading clinical dictation and speech recognition. The company provides services for NHS Trusts, GP practices and private medical groups and aims to save medical professionals time on admin so they can focus on helping patients.

Following the signing of a contract to provide speech recognition and transcription services to 200 NHS Trusts, the company asked us for assistance earning media coverage. The Dictate.IT team was keen to highlight its service’s unique features, including the ability to integrate with hospital intranets and sub-systems such as Electronic Patient Records and GPs’ notes. Our health PR team created a strategy and got to work.

Research conducted to coincide with the election

Our strategy focused on the real value that Dictate.IT already provided to the NHS with a series of case studies, journalist introductions, research and news announcements. We also commissioned a survey about technology and the NHS to coincide with a UK general election, which gained significant media attention.

Over the course of our fourteen-month contract with Dictate.IT, we placed 93 pieces of coverage in publications that NHS insiders trust. We earned the company coverage in HealthInvestor UK and Smart Health amongst others.
