Peter is our former CEO and now works as a Senior Strategic Consultant to the agency. Before moving into PR, he spent 20 years as a senior journalist, including a decade on The Times, working in the USA, India, the Falklands and across Europe. He advises several professional services firms including Addleshaw Goddard, Walker Morris, Pinsents and EY.

Bronwen is something of an all rounder – having accomplished a career in both consumer and B2B PR, outside of work, Bronwen spends her time upcycling and revamping furniture for her blog Hitched and Home. If she’s not at work, you can find Bronwen hanging out with her dog Milo or in the winelands with family and friends sipping on Chenin Blanc.

His experience includes managing national media relations campaigns and working with stakeholders to generate real change within industries. Amongst his clients, Ben has worked with challenger energy brand, Utilita and maritime professionals union, Nautilus International.

Isabel has extensive experience in social media management and content production, and will be working closely with Definition’s clients, in-house team and sister agencies to deliver effective social media strategies.

He has represented clients of all sizes across many sectors, including NatWest, EY and pharmaceutical multinationals; co-authored a prizewinning book; and scooped many best campaign awards.

Fejiro has more than six years of SEO, web design, data & business analysis and digital marketing experience across both agency and in-house roles. Fejiro has worked with a wide range of clients across law, education, fintech, enterprise software, professional services, ecommerce and more.
Prenade has vast experience in PR, Communications, and Stakeholder Relationship Management in the B2B space. She has played an integral part in developing successful go-to-market strategies, investment dialogues and stakeholder engagements for clients across Africa and Europe. Her experience spans across Sub-Saharan Africa in countries such as Eswatini, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Outside of work, Prenade enjoys travelling and playing tennis.
Olivia works across a range of clients and sectors including maritime, healthcare, legal and professional services. Working with clients such as Benenden Health and Cielo Talent, she is focused on media relations, content writing and supporting on key campaigns.
Using her previous marketing and teaching experience, Alicia works to support the team across a range of clients, with both account management and media relations.
George is an enthusiastic and creative Communications Consultant with over six years of experience in a variety of different marketing roles. Over the past three and a half years, he has specialised in B2B PR and thought leadership, working with clients in the tech, professional services, and financial service sectors to help tell their stories.

Matt started working in the UK office in early August 2021 and supports a variety of projects across the organisation. He comes from a STEM background with experience in a range of client and customer-facing roles including: change consultancy, accountancy, hospitality, and PR.
Lorcan is a marketing management graduate from Leeds Beckett University, with previous experience in PR, Communications and Design. Outside the office, Lorcan is passionate about all things sport (particularly Arsenal) and loves meeting new like-minded people!

Jasmin is soon to be a masters graduate in Public Relations and Strategic Communications, and has previously studied Journalism as well as Cultural and Media Studies. When not looking for the latest media trends, she is cooking, playing bass or working on her art.
Caitlin is a Public Relations graduate currently working across a range of sectors including maritime, business and professional services. She is focused on content writing, media relations and supporting key client opportunities.
Lucy is soon to receive an MA in PR and communications. She is currently working across a range of sectors including charity, law and toxicology. Working with clients such as Walker Morris and The Royal Alfred Seafarers’ Society.
Zoe is a Communications Executive, having previously interned at a Corporate PR agency. She is currently working across a range of sectors including education, recruitment, and tech. She also studied at the University of Leeds and loves all things history! When not working, she enjoys socialising and meeting new people!
Joe joined Definition in February 2022 and draws upon his experience as a Content Writer in the world of tech start-ups. He also speaks German and is likely responsible for any ‘odd-sounding’ music on the office Spotify playlist.
